The star spangled banner is one of the most famous songs in American history, if not the most. I first learned the SSB in about 3rd grade for music class. We had to learn it because as a grade we were singing it for morning assembly in front of the school. Also being in three sports growing up I heard it before almost every game I had. The SSB means different things to different people. To me it means to honor our country and what all the people in the service have fought for. you should sing it with respect and be proud to be an American
